Cook bacon at 350
oF / 175C to avoid smoking. Air Fryer brands vary as well as temperature setting, air fry at less than 400F to avoid smoking.
Arrange bacon slices in a single layer, do not overcrowd the basket. Overcrowding will cause uneven cooking.
Cut bacon in half to fit more bacon in the basket.
Remove the grease from the pan after each batch to avoid smoking. My sister adds a piece of bread to the pan to absorb the grease from the bacon.
Thinner bacon slices may take less time to cook.
Black pepper or Paprika is optional. If you like crispy bacon without the extra kick, do not use it.
