- 5 Bacon slices

- Cook bacon at 350oF / 175C to avoid smoking.
- Air Fryer brands vary as well as temperature setting, air fry at less than 400F to avoid smoking.
- Arrange bacon slices in a single layer, do not overcrowd the basket. Overcrowding will cause uneven cooking.
- Cut bacon in half to fit more bacon in the basket.
- Remove the grease from the pan after each batch to avoid smoking. My sister adds a piece of bread to the pan to absorb the grease from the bacon.
- Thinner bacon slices may take less time to cook.
- Black pepper or Paprika is optional. If you like crispy bacon without the extra kick, do not use it.
- Cooking time may vary slightly based on the air fryer model; basket style or toaster over style so check on it after the first 5 minutes.
